AF Micro Adjustment on my Canon EOS 7D

I have micro adjusted my 2 lens Canon 50mm 1.8 II and Canon 28-135mm USM using several resources from the net and the different technique of micro adjustment. I found that at first its a little bit confusing but later on I got a feel of it. I will post the result later after confirming the effect on the photos.
